The Iowa Lottery has five locations statewide. Each Regional Office is responsible for the delivery of tickets and the paying of prizes. All prizes can be claimed at the Regional Offices except for the jackpot prizes and occasional special prize packages which must be claimed at the headquarters office in Des Moines.
