I can't see all of the Navigation Bar on the web site or part or all of the home page is blank?
To begin troubleshooting, please clear your cache by going to Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Delete Files with Internet Explorer. For Netscape go to Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Cache, Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache. This will clear the cache in your PC of all files used for this page including the .js files used for the navigation bar.
If you can't see the Navigation Bar you probably have scripting turned off or it has been disabled by another program. The most common cause is a recent installation of Norton's Antivirus or another Antivirus/Firewall program. Norton's Antivirus disables scripting by default. Open Norton's Antivirus and look for the words scripting or JavaScript. Make sure these are enabled.
You also may not have scripting enabled in your browser. With Internet Explorer select Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, then click "Custom Level", scroll down to "Active Scripting" and enable. This will turn on JavaScript. For Netscape try Edit, Preferences, Advanced, and check "Enable JavaScript".
