Open Records Requests
The Iowa Lottery is committed to honest, open government.
While open records can be requested in many ways, for transparency, the Iowa Lottery tracks and responds to such requests via the
NextRequest system.
Once on the NextRequest homepage, click on the "Make Request" button and complete the fields to make a records request.
Select "Lottery (division of the Iowa Department of Revenue)" to request records from the Iowa Lottery.
Open records requests also can be made by email, by mail, by telephone, or in person.
A request for a public record from the Iowa Lottery should be directed to the Iowa Lottery at wmaster@ialottery.com. Requests by e-mail should include the term "Open Records Request" in the subject field. Those who submit a request for public records should provide their name.
