CLIVE, Iowa — A Johnson County man has won a lottery prize of more than $84,000.
Zach Liddle of Tiffin won a jackpot prize of $84,440 in the Iowa Lottery's "Super 7s Progressive" InstaPlay game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kwik Star, 1907 Keokuk St. in Iowa City, and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
The Super 7s jackpot starts at $50,000 and increases with each ticket sold statewide until it is won.
InstaPlay combines features of scratch and lotto games. Tickets are printed on demand from lottery terminals rather than being pre-printed, and are sometimes called "scratchless" because there is no security coating to remove.
InstaPlay games range in price from $1 to $30. For more information, visit ialottery.com.
