CLIVE, Iowa — A Carroll man has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Calvin Smith won the big prize playing the Iowa Lottery's "Lucky 7 Bonus" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kimmes Carroll Country Store, 112 N. U.S. Highway 71 in Carroll, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's Storm Lake regional office.
