ENDING DATES ANNOUNCED FOR THREE PULL-TAB GAMES

Players Have Until Mid-2010 To Claim Prizes

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Lottery is officially ending three of its pull-tab games and has established the deadlines by which players must claim prizes in them.

The lottery has announced the end dates for the "Diamond Doubler," "Cash Blast," and "All American," pull-tab games. Players have until the close of business on May 6, 2010, to claim prizes in Diamond Doubler and Cash Blast; and until the close of business on May 20, 2010, to claim prizes in All American.

Pull-tab prizes of up to $600 must be claimed at the location where the ticket was purchased. Prizes of more than $600 must be claimed at one of the lottery’s regional offices in Council Bluffs, Storm Lake, Des Moines, Mason City or Cedar Rapids.Winning lotto numbers may be checked at the lottery Web site at www.ialottery.com or through the winning numbers' hot line at (515) 323-4633. Winning numbers may also be checked with lottery retail outlets or by calling the lottery at (515) 725-7900 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Since the Iowa Lottery's inception in 1985, its players have won more than $2.2 billion in prizes while the lottery has raised more than $1.1 billion for state programs.
