DES MOINES, Iowa – A Des Moines man won the top prize of $10,000
playing the Iowa Lottery's "10K Payday" instant-scratch game.
Christopher Sanger claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa
Lottery's headquarters in Des Monies. He purchased his winning
ticket at Kruegers Amoco Food Shop, 5120 N.E. 14th St. in Des

are 1 in 3.93.
Seven prizes of $10,000 are still up for grabs in the 10K Payday
game, as well as 47 prizes of $400 and 750 prizes of $80.
Since the Iowa Lottery's inception in 1985, its players have won
more than $2.4 billion in prizes while the lottery has raised
more than $1.2 billion for state programs. |
