DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines woman won a top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Ca$h Up!" instant-scratch game.
Diana Smith claimed her prize Jan. 22 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Git-N-Go Convenience Store, 2601 SW Ninth St. in Des Moines.
