DES MOINES, Iowa - An Earlham man won the fifth of 19 top prizes of $21,000 playing the lottery's "Deluxe 7-11-21" instant-scratch game.
Nicholas Morrison claimed his prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his ticket at Casey's, 975 N. Chestnut Ave. in Earlham.
