DES MOINES, Iowa - An Ottumwa man won a $10,000 prize after finding "Merry MONOPOLY" instant-scratch game in his stocking.
Robby Kepler claimed his prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. His mother purchased the ticket at Casey's, 504 W. Mary St. in Ottumwa.
