DES MOINES, Iowa - An Iowa City woman won the top prize of $25,000 playing the Iowa Lottery's "Bingo Night" instant-scratch game.
Susan Witherwax claimed her prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Gasby’s, 1310 S. Gilbert St. in Iowa City.
