DES MOINES, Iowa - A Cherokee County man won a $20,000 prize playing the lottery's "$35 Million Cash Spectacular" instant-scratch game.
Steven Schachterle of Marcus claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 4801 Hwy. 143 in Marcus.
