DES MOINES, Iowa - A Charles City man won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Instant Cash Keno" instant-scratch game.
Alberto Martinez claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. He bought his winning ticket at Casey's, 1105 Blunt Pkwy. in Charles City.
