DES MOINES, Iowa - A Black Hawk County woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Judy Turner from Elk Run Heights claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Tobacco Outlet Plus, 1803 La Porte Road in Waterloo.
