DES MOINES, Iowa - A Garner man won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Ron Graham claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. Graham purchased his winning ticket at Garner Townmart, 260 W. Highway 18 in Garner.
