DES MOINES, Iowa - A Davenport woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Tonnette Harris claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. Harris purchased her winning ticket at Ram Food and Gas, 3108 West Central Park in Davenport.
