DES MOINES, Iowa - A Fort Dodge woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Toni Schmalen claimed her prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Star, 109 E. Dike Road in Dike.
