DES MOINES, Iowa - A Muscatine woman won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Bingo Night" instant-scratch game.
Brittany Friedrichsen claimed her prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee Gas, 2600 Second Ave. in Muscatine.
