DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Shawna Zatloukal claimed her prize April 27 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Floyd Boulevard Pump 'N Pak, 2501 Floyd Blvd. in Sioux City.
