DES MOINES, Iowa - A Council Bluffs woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Angela Dunlap claimed her prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. She purchased her winning ticket at Super Quik Stop, 2800 Twin City Drive in Council Bluffs.
