DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines man has won the top prize of $50,000 playing the Iowa Lottery's "Double Blackjack Double Play" instant-scratch game.
James Lumley claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 745 51st St. in West Des Moines.
