DES MOINES, Iowa - A Bloomfield woman won a $25,000 prize playing the lottery's "Bingo Times 10" instant-scratch game.
Brenda Pfaff claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She bought her winning ticket at Quick Shop Foods, 405 S. Madison Ave. in Ottumwa.
