DES MOINES, Iowa - A Black Hawk County woman has won the top prize of $30,000 in one of the Iowa Lottery's scratch games.
Teri Cronan of Evansdale bought her winning "Lucky Lines" instant-scratch ticket at Casey's, 3601 Lafayette in Evansdale. She claimed her prize at the lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids.
