DES MOINES, Iowa - A Spencer woman has won the top prize of $30,000 in the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Ellen Sandvig purchased her winning ticket at Dyno's, 15 Grand Ave. in Spencer. She claimed her $30,000 prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake.
