DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City man won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Bingo Night" instant-scratch game.
Benjamin Erickson bought his winning ticket at Sam's Mini Mart, 711 Gordon Drive in Sioux City. He claimed his prize at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake.
