DES MOINES, Iowa - A Fort Madison woman won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Bingo Night" instant-scratch game.
Laurel Atkins bought her winning ticket at County Market, 1802 Avenue H in Fort Madison. She claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids.
