DES MOINES, Iowa - A Corning man has won the top prize of $10,000 in the "Fire 'N Dice" instant-scratch game.
Max Pullen Jr. purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 300 10th St. in Corning. Pullen claimed his $10,000 prize Friday at Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs.
