DES MOINES, Iowa - An Ottumwa man won a $30,000 prize playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Donald Houk claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Albia Road Amoco, 1340 Albia Road in Ottumwa.
