DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City woman won the top prize of $10,000 playing the Iowa Lottery's "Fire 'N Dice" scratch game.
Susan Becker claimed her prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Council Bluffs. She purchased her winning ticket at Kum & Go, 2626 Court St. in Sioux City.
