DES MOINES, Iowa - A Rockwell City man won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "The Silver Ticket" instant-scratch game.
Michael Roller claimed his prize Wednesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Jubilee Foods, 319 Court St. in Rockwell City.
