DES MOINES, Iowa - A Fort Dodge woman won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "The Silver Ticket" instant-scratch game.
Monica Pringle claimed her prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Kum & Go, 115 N. 22nd St. in Fort Dodge.
