DES MOINES, Iowa - A Cedar Rapids man won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "$35 Million Cash Spectacular" instant-scratch game.
Stanley Maynard claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 588 Boyson Road N.E. in Cedar Rapids.
