DES MOINES, Iowa - A Forest City woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Rings of Cash" instant-scratch game.
Carolyn Thompson claimed her prize Sept. 13 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 202 Highway 18 in Clear Lake.
