DES MOINES, Iowa - A Sioux City woman won the top prize of $10,000 playing the Iowa Lottery's "Cool Cash" instant-scratch game.
S. Jean Fuller claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 2827 Hamilton Blvd. in Sioux City.
