DES MOINES, Iowa - A Lake Mills woman won the top prize of $10,000 playing the lottery's "Cool Cash" instant-scratch game
Carol Hunchis claimed her prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. She purchased her winning ticket at Fareway, 910 Highway 18 W. in Clear Lake.
