DES MOINES, Iowa - A Niangua, Mo. man was traveling through Davenport when he picked up a "$35 Million Cash Spectacular" instant-scratch ticket and ended up winning a $20,000 prize.
Kerry Atwood claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. He purchased his winning ticket at Pilot Travel Center, 8200 N.W. Blvd. in Davenport.
