DES MOINES, Iowa - An Ottumwa man won the first top prize playing the lottery's "Reindeer Bingo" instant-scratch game.
Gary Short claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Amoco, 533 N. Jefferson St. in Ottumwa.
