DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Susan Lilly claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. Lilly purchased her winning ticket at Git-N-Go, 3940 E. 29th St. in Des Moines.
