DES MOINES, Iowa - A Davenport woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Karen Nelson claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at QC Mart, 2747 Rockingham Road in Davenport.
