DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines woman won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Deborah Manning claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Quik Trip, 3941 S.E. 14th St. in Des Moines.
