DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines man won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "Merry Money" instant-scratch game.
Joe Lancaster claimed his prize Nov. 15 at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 2106 Echo Valley Drive in Des Moines.
