DES MOINES, Iowa - A Marion woman won a $10,000 prize playing the lottery's "Cash Bonanza" instant-scratch game.
Shirley Spinler claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 1100 Eagle View Drive in Marion.
