DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines woman won the top prize of $15,000 playing the lottery's "Cash Vault" instant-scratch game.
Collette Bernard claimed her prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 7101 University Ave. in Windsor Heights.
