DES MOINES, Iowa - An Emmetsburg man won the top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Harvey Wolff claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 3001 Main St. in Emmetsburg.
