DES MOINES, Iowa - A Manchester man won the top prize of $100,000 playing the lottery's "Merry Money" instant-scratch game.
Robert Helmrich claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 200 W. Union in Edgewood.
