DES MOINES, Iowa - A Marion man won the top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Reindeer Bingo" instant-scratch game.
Ryan Scott claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 5050 Northland Ave. N.E. in Cedar Rapids.
