DES MOINES, Iowa - An Adel man won the top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "Holiday Crossword" instant-scratch game.
Derek Baker claimed his prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey"s, 1136 Lincoln Hwy. in Nevada.
