DES MOINES, Iowa - A Manson man won the first top prize of $30,000 playing the lottery's "Match & Win™" instant-scratch game.
James Weimer Jr. claimed his prize Jan. 7 at the Iowa Lottery's regional office Storm Lake. He purchased his winning ticket at Cubby's, 1302 First Ave. in Manson.
