DES MOINES, Iowa - A Clear Lake man won the first top prize of $25,000 playing the lottery's "Magic Line Bingo" instant-scratch game.
Allan Tarr claimed his prize Thursday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Mason City. He purchased his winning ticket at Quick Shop, 904 N. Eighth St. in Clear Lake.
