DES MOINES, Iowa - A Waterloo man won the top prize of $50,000 playing the lottery's "The Black Ticket" instant-scratch game.
Robert Olds claimed his prize Monday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee Gas, 1512 Flammang Drive in Waterloo.
